672 is our first out engine on automatic aid calls. It carries regular fire equipment and also a complete set of TNT tools. Engine 672 was purchased from the late Winter Park Volunteer Fire Department (Wilmington, NC)

Model: Ford Expedition
Chief 680 is assigned to the Fire Chief and to be used as a command vehicle. It carries a VHF mobile, and 2 800MHz mobiles and portable. Chief 680 also has a command cabinet in the rear that has a pre-plans of all commercial structures in the Winnabow Fire District

QRV 681 is assigned to pull the mobile air trailer and to transport members to and from emergency scenes. It is also the apparatus to pull our heavy trailers and boat. 681 is equipped with pop up tents and chairs and also district pre-plans of all commercial structures in the Winnabow Fire District.

This unit was received through the NC Forest Service Federal Excess Property Personal Loan Program (FEPP). It was then painted, striped, and pump installed with custom piping. This unit will be utilized in the protection of homes and assistance to the extinguishing of brush fires.

Four ASME storage cylinders, Scott Safety Revolve Air charge station, Scott Safety X4 controller/monitor (monitors CO & Dew Point) for safety operation, and is capable of being towed by any vehicle rated for 7,000 pounds or more, SCUBA adapter, Spare Tire, Calibration Kit, Automatic air-driven light tower with four 300 watt lights, 7.2 kw generator.
Air 6 is owned by Brunswick Co Emergency Management, housed and responded by Winnabow Fire Dept.
